Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines and database systems that power our analytics and reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in data engineering, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities (Must Have):
Data Pipeline Development:Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines to process and transform large volumes of data from various sources
Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data is accurately and efficiently moved between systems
Troubleshoot and optimize pipeline performance and reliability
Database Management:Design and optimize database schemas to support data storage, retrieval, and analysis
Manage and maintain data storage solutions, including relational databases (e.g., MS SQL Server) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra)




Implement best practices for data integrity, security, and performance
Documentation and Reporting:Maintain comprehensive documentation of data pipelines, data models, and data integration processes
Experience in Microsoft SSRS / SSIS packages
Provide regular reports on data pipeline performance, data quality, and other key metrics
Create and maintain data visualization dashboards using reporting tools
Experience in Power BI

Positive to have:
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Hands-on experience with reporting and data visualization tools
Knowledge of data modelling techniques and best practices
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Experience in Python/.NET

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
