KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyzing sales and stocks
Ensure bestsellers in stock for every marketplaces and channels.
Ensuring availability of all SKU’s (H &B;) articles as per norms at marketplace and Warehouse level in coordination with marketplace team.
Inventory control as per define MOI
OTB plan, quota vs limit.
Reviewing product gap statement
SKU plan & rationalization
DNS-Wise, sub cat wise sales analysis
Highlighting out-put mark-up in bestsellers so that relevant actions for asp’s.
Return analysis
Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely product availability.
Proactively identify prospects to optimize inventory turnover and minimize excess stocks.
Plan for slow and non-movers with marketplaces events and websites events
Discount planning
