Job Description: Program Coordinator | Learning & Marketing

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organised Program Coordinator to support the smooth execution of our learning programmes and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Learning Responsibilities
Coordinate course schedules, batch logistics, instructor/moderator coordination and learner communication.
Support smooth execution of live classes and ensure required learning materials and processes are in place.
Track attendance, engagement and feedback, and assist in resolving operational issues.
Support ongoing learning projects and ensure tasks are followed through to completion.
Marketing Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for courses, batches and other initiatives.
Assist with social media content, calendars, basic Canva creatives and promotional communications.
Support lead generation and follow-up activities across WhatsApp, email, calls and other channels.
Track campaign and lead data and provide basic insights to support marketing and growth decisions.
