Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Develop and implement inventory control procedures, maintain accurate inventory records, and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand.
Warehouse Operations:
Manage the productive flow of goods, including receiving, storing, and shipping, while ensuring proper handling, storage, and safekeeping of items.
Staff Management:
Supervise and develop warehouse staff, ensuring proper training, adherence to safety protocols, and effective workflow.
Customer Service:
Coordinate with other departments to meet customer needs, ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, and resolve any issues related to order processing and delivery.
Safety and Compliance:
Implement and maintain safety procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and fostering a safe and secure work workplace.
Cost Optimization:
Develop and monitor budgets, identify prospects for cost reduction, and optimize logistics resources.
Performance Management:
Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



to track warehouse performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.
Supplier Relations:
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring their performance to ensure timely delivery of quality materials.
Demand Planning:
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand, develop inventory plans, and ensure optimal stock levels.
Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on inventory levels, financial performance, and operational status.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain management, with a focus on warehouse opera
