Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth, client acquisition, and revenue generation for our IT Services and Staffing business. The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships in a rapid-paced corporate environment.
The role requires a proactive professional with expertise in lead generation, client handling, business development, and sales strategy execution within the IT Services, Staffing, or Technology domain.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
3–5 years of proven experience in IT Services, IT Staffing, or Software Sales
Strong understanding of B2B sales, client acquisition, and business development strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Hands-on experience with CRM tools, sales reporting, and lead management platforms




Robust interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work independently in a target-driven and rapid-paced environment
Good understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer engagement strategies
Solid coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, references, LinkedIn, and market research
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, HR leaders, hiring managers, and business stakeholders
Drive end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
Understand client hiring and business requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams
Develop and present sales proposals, presentations, business pitches, and commercial discussions
