Location: Mumbai (Looking for Mumbai-based candidates)
Responsibilities:
Act as the bridge between business users and the development team to define and develop product features aligned with business requirements.
Coordinate closely with internal engineering teams and client product teams.
Create and manage release plans for product updates and recent releases.
Draft detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for internal use.
Communicate client requirements effectively to the engineering team.
Understand technical architecture and system workflows.
Interpret product flows conveyed by the client and ensure accurate relay to the engineering team.
Ensure changes implemented by the internal team are correct and aligned with requirements; suggest improvements where necessary.
Take full product ownership and act as the single point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills:
Robust understanding of Financial Markets and Derivatives Markets.
Proficiency in Figma and JIRA.
Proven experience in drafting PRDs.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
High attention to detail.
Candidates from the FinTech domain preferred — must possess robust market knowledge and familiarity with financial products, trading systems, and market operations.
