Design and develop automotive seat structures, mechanisms, trims, and plastics using CATIA V5 and UG NX.
Create 3D models, 2D drawings, and detailed design documentation in accordance with industry and client standards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and simulation to ensure robust seat designs.
Integrate ergonomics, safety, and regulatory requirements into the seat design process.
Conduct design reviews and participate in DFMEA and DFM/DFA activities.
Apply GD&T; and ensure dimensional accuracy and tolerance stack-up.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related field.
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in seating system design within the automotive domain.
Proficiency in CATIA V5 and UG NX design tools is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of materials (plastics, foams, metals), manufacturing processes, and joining techniques used in seating.
Familiarity with industry standards and OEM design requirements.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
