Role Overview:
We’re looking for an AI Engineering Leader to lead end-to-end AI product development for global supply chain and retail transformation. This role requires managing R&D; AI projects, mentoring teams, and driving innovation using Generative AI, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead AI projects from planning to deployment
Build Generative AI solutions (e.g., ChatGPT integration)
Develop and integrate deep learning and reinforcement learning models
Own the full ML lifecycle: experimentation to monitoring
Solve complex problems using sparse/incomplete datasets
Keep abreast of AI research to drive innovation and IP generation




Collaborate across functions to ensure delivery of AI roadmaps

Mandatory Skills:
4–6 years of experience in at least 2 of the following:
Generative AI
Deep Learning
NLP
Computer Vision
Reinforcement Learning
AI Planning & Scheduling
Solid leadership in AI/ML product delivery
Solid understanding of project management for AI initiatives
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
(Preferred) Knowledge of Dynamic Programming
