Seeking a Database Engineer to design, develop, and maintain our MongoDB infrastructure. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure database performance, scalability, and reliability while solving complex business challenges. What You’ll Do
Analyze project and task requirements, assess architectural impact, and design database solutions based on specifications.
Design, develop, and maintain MongoDB database infrastructure.
Decompose complex business functions into task-based deliverables.
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues to ensure reliability and high availability.
Optimize MongoDB queries for performance and responsiveness.
Implement indexing strategies and enforce security best practices to protect data.
Install, configure, and maintain MongoDB instances in on-premises and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Integrate MongoDB with applications, systems, and other technologies.




Manage and implement backup and recovery strategies.
Stay current with MongoDB updates, NoSQL best practices, and emerging database technologies.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a MongoDB Developer/Engineer.
Strong knowledge of MongoDB architecture, features, and functionalities.
Proficiency in optimizing queries and identifying performance issues.
Experience with SOAP and RESTful web services.
Proficiency with front-end scripting and frameworks (JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap, HTML).
Knowledge of design patterns (Singleton, Factory, Abstract, Adapter).
Familiarity with integrating databases into applications and cross-platform systems.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
Proven ability to adapt to evolving technologies and deliver high-quality database solutions.
