Key Responsibilities

P&L; Ownership & Commercial Strategy
Own and manage the complete P&L; for the combined Marketplaces and Quick Commerce channels, including revenue, margins, trade spends, and profitability.




Drive both top-line and bottom-line performance through effective margin planning, promo optimization, pricing strategy, and disciplined trade spend management.
Develop and execute an integrated growth roadmap that balances marketplace scale (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) with the high-frequency dynamics of quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto etc).
Lead annual and quarterly Joint Business Planning (JBP) with all major platforms, negotiating commercial terms, visibility budgets, co-marketing investments, and long-term strategic partnerships.
Platform Management & Digital Shelf Optimization
Lead platform-specific strategy across all marketplaces and quick commerce channels, including assortment planning, SKU mix, pack sizes, and price architecture.
Ensure pricing integrity and a structured promotional calendar aligned with category roles, platform dynamics, and brand objectives.
