Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong experience in Manual and Functional Testing to support quality assurance activities across business-critical applications. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, solid analytical abilities, and a quality-first mindset. Exposure to ETL testing, Banking domain, and Automation Testing will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
Perform Manual and Functional Testing for enterprise applications.
Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
Execute test cases, identify defects, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Perform regression, system, integration, and UAT testing as required.




Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Provide regular testing status updates and maintain test documentation.
Support continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices.

Mandatory Skills:
Solid experience in Manual and Functional Testing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Experience in test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
Banking domain knowledge.
ETL testing knowledge.
Exposure to Automation Testing.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
Strong understanding of software testing principles and practices.
