Job Overview:
Streamline operations, enhance customer relationships, and drive growth using Zoho applications, including CRM, Campaigns, and Books.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations and customer relationships using Zoho CRM
Implement marketing automation strategies with Zoho Campaigns
Handle financial operations through Zoho Books
Integrate and optimize workflows across Zoho applications
Analyze data to improve operational efficiency
Train team members on Zoho suite applications
Develop standard operating procedures and implement automation




Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
1+ years of experience with Zoho suite applications
Solid analytical and communication skills
Understanding of import/export processes
Passion for operational excellence and process improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with additional Zoho applications
Knowledge of Deluge scripting and API integrations
