Responsibilities
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Meet monthly target related to calls and emails
Source Candidates from various online Channels (e.g. Social Media, Job portals, etc.)
Craft Recruitment emails to attract passive candidates
Monitor key metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
Participate in Job fairs and host in-house recruitment events

Qualifications
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Experience with sourcing techniques from multiple platform.
Understanding of referral programs
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Sound judgement

Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate

Experience: 2yrs in recruitment
