Assortment Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive product assortment strategy aligned with the brand's positioning and target market.
Seasonal Planning: Plan assortments for different seasons, taking into account trends, customer preferences, and historical sales data.
Supplier Relationship
Build and maintain robust relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and resolving any issues that may arise.
Evaluate supplier performance based on factors such as product quality, reliability, and adherence to delivery schedules.
Inventory Management/Control
Plan and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing overstock or stockouts.




Utilize inventory management systems to monitor product performance, sales velocity, and stock turnover.
Implement strategies such as markdowns, promotions, and discounts to optimize inventory and maximize sales.
Sales growth/Profitability
Evaluate the brand's sales growth over time.

Budget Management
