The Customer Agreements Team is responsible for maintaining centralized global standards for agreement creation and ensuring accurate data across Global Services, Alliances & Channels,



and the Partner Network team. We are looking for a motivated qualified with robust analytical, communication, and support skills to join our energetic team.

Essential Job Functions:
Create, validate, and maintain customer agreements in line with global standards and compliance policies.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of agreement data to support multiple business functions.
Collaborate with stakeholders including Sales, Deal Management, Alliances & Channels, and Partner Network teams.
Support order management processes by setting up Agreements.
Identify gaps or inconsistencies in agreements and work with relevant teams for resolution.
Adapt to changing business needs and work across global time zones.
Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in agreement creation and validation processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
