Job Summary
We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of ophthalmology medical equipment across assigned territories. The candidate will be responsible for promoting diagnostic and surgical ophthalmic equipment, developing relationships with ophthalmologists, hospitals, eye institutes, and distributors, and achieving sales targets through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Promote ophthalmic diagnostic and surgical equipment within the assigned territory.
Identify and develop current business opportunities with hospitals, eye care centres, and ophthalmologists.
Generate leads through market mapping and customer visits.
Expand the customer base while maintaining existing client relationships.

Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with ophthalmologists, surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchase departments.
Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups.




Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely support.

Product Demonstration
Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations.
Coordinate installation and product handover with the application team.
Assist customers during product evaluations and trials.
Support workshops, conferences, CMEs, and exhibitions.

Tender & Commercial Activities
Prepare quotations and proposals.
Participate in institutional and government tenders.
Coordinate documentation required for order processing.
Negotiate pricing within company guidelines.

Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product launches, and market trends.
Provide regular market feedback to management.
Identify potential opportunities for current products and market expansion.

Reporting
Maintain CRM and daily call reports.
Prepare weekly and monthly sal
