Job Summary

We're looking for a ServiceNow ITAM Developer to configure and extend SAM/HAM capabilities, integrate data sources, and automate workflows that enhance compliance and reduce cost.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize SAM/HAM: entitlements, normalization, reconciliation rules, reclamation workflows.
Implement data model updates across almasset, cmdbci, software installations, contracts, vendors.
Develop Flows/Actions (Flow Designer/IntegrationHub), Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI policies.
Build integrations via REST/SOAP, MID Server, and import sets (software inventory, SaaS discovery, AD, procurement).




Implement data quality controls, scheduled jobs, and error handling; optimize performance.
Create reports/dashboards for compliance, savings, and lifecycle metrics.
Support UAT, deployment, and release management; maintain technical documentation.
Collaborate with BA and CMDB/Discovery teams to ensure data consistency.

Required Qualifications
6+ years on ServiceNow with 4+ years focused on ITAM/SAM/HAM development.
Robust JavaScript skills (Server-side), Glide APIs, and ServiceNow configuration.
Hands-on with IntegrationHub, MID Server, imports/transforms, and data mapping.

Nice-to-Have / Certifications
ServiceNow SAM Qualified/HAM Specialist, CSA.
Experience with Discovery, Software normalization, and common vendor license models.
