Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Manage onboarding processes for current hires, ensuring they have a smooth and engaging experience from day one.
Employee Engagement:
Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and programs to foster a positive work environment.
Assist in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and contribute to improvements.
HR Operations:




Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Assist with payroll processing, attendance management, and handling employee queries related to HR policies.
Training & Development:
Support the scheduling and coordination of training programs and workshops for employees.
Track employee training progress and ensure that learning objectives are met.
HR Policies & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
Assist in communicating HR policies and processes to employees.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and escalating issues to senior HR staff as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee matters.
