Job Title: Guest Experience Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are hiring a Guest Experience Executive** to deliver excellent guest service and ensure a smooth front desk experience. The candidate should have a pleasing personality, valuable communication skills, and prior front desk experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle guest check-in/check-out and front desk operations
- Manage guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service
- Maintain guest records and basic data on computer systems

Requirements

- Good personality, grooming, and communication skills
- Experience in front desk or guest handling role
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory




- Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude

Eligibility

- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field
- Age: 19 – 30 years
- Candidates willing to relocate or nearby preferred
- Freshers with strong english speaking skills can apply
