Role Description The Growth Head – Commission Basis is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for driving business expansion by identifying new market opportunities, developing growth plans, and strengthening the firm’s presence across target segments. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and competitor analysis, building and managing a pipeline of prospective clients, and leading end-to-end sales activities from outreach to closure.

The Growth

Head will collaborate with the leadership and design teams to align marketing and sales initiatives with project capabilities, manage public relations activities to enhance brand visibility, and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients,



and industry stakeholders. Performance will be primarily commission-based, tied to measurable growth outcomes and successful business acquisition.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and execute Market Planning and Market Research initiatives to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy.
- Proficiency in Marketing Management and Public Relations to strengthen brand positioning and manage external communication effectively.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, client engagement, negotiation, and deal closure in B2B or professional services contexts.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present concepts clearly and build long-term professional relationships.
- Experience in architecture, construction, real estate, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in growth-focused or business development roles, preferably in a commission or performance-based structure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and comfort working with targets and measurable outcomes.
