ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design visually engaging creatives for social media platforms, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, and marketing materials.
- Create static posts, carousels, banners, thumbnails, promotional creatives, infographics, and other digital assets.
- Develop engaging motion graphics, animated posts, promotional videos, reels, and short-form video content.
- Convert creative concepts and marketing briefs into visually appealing designs.
- Create animations and motion graphics for social-media campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and brand communication.
- Work with typography, color, composition, illustrations, icons, images, and other visual elements to create professional designs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts for campaigns and social-media content.
- Create visual content according to different brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
- Edit and enhance images, videos, and other visual assets when required.
- Add transitions, text animations, effects, sound effects, music, and other elements to motion-video content.
- Create engaging content specifically optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts,



Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Develop visual concepts for advertisements, product promotions, brand campaigns, and client requirements.
- Adapt existing designs into different sizes and formats for multiple platforms.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Take creative feedback from clients and internal teams and make necessary revisions.
- Maintain organized design files, project assets, templates, and source files.
- Stay updated with current graphic-design, motion-graphics, social-media, and visual-content trends.
- Experiment with new design techniques, animation styles, AI tools, and creative workflows.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve the overall quality and performance of digital content.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and motion/video work.
- Good understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, hierarchy, spacing, alignment, composition, and visual balance.
- Good understanding of motion principles, transitions, timing, pacing, and animation.
- Experience creating content for social-media platforms.
- Ability to understand a creative brief and convert it into an effective visual concept.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to accept feedback and make revisions efficiently.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
