The Role

We’re looking for a creative, curious and AI-first Graphic Designer to join our Brand Design team.

You’ll create high-quality, high-performing creatives for Zouk’s D2C business, especially performance marketing, while using AI tools to improve creative quality, speed and experimentation.

What you’ll do

- Create digital creatives for Meta, Google, marketplaces and other channels
- Develop campaign concepts and iterate across multiple creative directions
- Use AI tools for image generation, editing, ideation and faster asset creation
- Create/adapt assets for WhatsApp, Email, RCS, website and marketplaces
- Collaborate with Brand Design and Performance Marketing teams
- Maintain solid brand consistency across all creatives
- Explore new AI tools and workflows to improve creative output





What we’re looking for

- 1–2 years of experience in Graphic/Visual Design
- Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, composition, colour and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI-powered creative tools
- Ability to work fast, experiment and iterate
- Strong attention to detail and brand sensitivity
- Portfolio showcasing digital/campaign creatives

Good to have

- Experience with D2C or performance marketing creatives
- Experience in a consumer brand, startup or creative agency
- Understanding of creative performance and its impact on engagement/conversion
