Educational Qualification:
Graduation:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized university.
Post Graduation:
Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost Accountant (CMA) with MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

Work Experience:
Minimum: 18 Years
Maximum:



20 Years
Experience in the IT/Tech will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies to achieve business objectives, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Oversee aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, accounting, taxation, treasury, and internal audit.
Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions, including investment appraisals, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives.
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and standards, including Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST.
Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, including recruitment, training, and development.
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
