Job Description:
Manage and support Kafka and Amazon MSK infrastructure, including configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Support Kafka migration/externalization from Pega to Amazon MSK.
Containerize and deploy Pega applications on Amazon EKS/Kubernetes using Docker.
Manage AWS OpenSearch settings, including cluster health, indexing, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Implement and support DR, high availability, backup, and failover/failback for Kafka, EKS, OpenSearch, and application workloads.
Troubleshoot production issues across AWS, Kafka, Kubernetes, OpenSearch, and Pega environments.
Collaborate with application, Pega, DevOps, and infrastructure teams for deployments, migrations, and production support.
