Assist the Merchandiser in managing customer orders and styles from development to shipment.
Maintain and update order sheets, Master CP, PO details and delivery schedules.
Follow up with factories and suppliers regarding samples, production, approvals and deliveries.
Coordinate with internal teams, factories, suppliers and customers to ensure smooth order execution.
Check POs, packing lists, invoices and shipping documents for accuracy.
Track production and shipment status and highlight any delays or issues to the Merchandiser.
Assist with sample development, comments, approvals and revisions.
Maintain accurate records of all order-related documents on SharePoint/company systems.
Support the preparation of packing lists and other shipment documentation.
Follow up on fabric, trims, labels and other production requirements.




Communicate updates clearly and promptly to the relevant team members.
Assist the Merchandiser with daily administrative and coordination tasks.

Skills & Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Merchandiser / Merchandiser in the apparel or fashion industry.
Strong understanding of apparel merchandising, production and order management.
Experience handling POs, order sheets, Master CP, packing lists and shipment documentation.
Experience in production follow-up and factory coordination.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Robust follow-up, organisational and time-management skills.

Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office
