Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple US corporate tax (Form 1120 )/Partnership Taxation (Form 1065) engagements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality client service.
Serve as the primary engagement manager with responsibility for project delivery, client relationships, billing, realization, and collections.
Review and oversee the preparation of US corporate and partnership tax returns, including federal, state, local, and international tax filings, estimated payments, and extensions.
Interpret and apply US tax laws to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
Provide technical guidance and resolve complex tax issues for engagement teams.
Build solid client relationships by understanding business needs and identifying tax advisory prospects.
Mentor, coach, and develop managers, senior associates, and staff through training and performance management.




Leverage technology and best practices to improve engagement efficiency and service quality.
Contribute to business development initiatives, client expansion, and networking opportunities.

Preferred Expertise
Robust experience in US Corporate or Partnership Taxation.
Experience in Financial Services or Real Estate domains is highly preferred.
Exposure to multi-state and international tax engagements will be an added advantage.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
CPA (US) certification preferred.
10+ years of relevant experience in US Taxation.
Prior experience in a public accounting or consulting environment is preferred.
Minimum 4 years of experience leading, supervising, and mentoring teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliver quality outcomes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills.
