Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Shift Incharge / Assistant Manager – Blow Moulding (Production) to manage and oversee shift-wise production operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in the manufacturing of 1L to 5L bottles and containers through the blow moulding process.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise shift-wise blow moulding production operations.
Ensure smooth production of 1L to 5L bottles and containers.
Monitor production targets and ensure timely achievement.




Handle manpower allocation and shift management.
Monitor machine performance and minimize production downtime.
Ensure product quality and adherence to production standards.
Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams for smooth operations.
Monitor material usage and control production wastage.
Maintain production reports and shift handover records.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and SOPs.
