Responsibilities:

As a Telecaller in our BPO division, your primary responsibilities will include:
Making outbound calls to potential customers to present products and services.
Handling inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and transparent communication.
Maintaining accurate customer records and interaction logs in the CRM system.
Following up regularly with leads to ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Collaborating with the team to achieve daily and monthly communication targets.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:
Prior experience or solid interest in telecalling, customer support, or BPO operations.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating CRM tools.
A proactive attitude with robust interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Minimum 0 to 1 year of relevant customer-facing experience.
