We are looking for an HR skilled responsible for managing the end-to-end HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll support and employee offboarding. The role will work closely with Heads of Departments and reporting managers to support day-to-day HR decisions and build a motivated, productive and team-oriented workforce.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee management, payroll coordination and offboarding.
Handle recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
Ensure the required workforce is available on time with the right skills, attitude and motivation to support business objectives.
Partner with HoDs and reporting managers on day-to-day HR and employee-related matters.
Ensure adherence to applicable Labour Laws and statutory HR requirements.
Support employee relations and address employee-related concerns appropriately.
Coordinate payroll-related activities and ensure timely and accurate processing.




Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR processes and policies.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
Practical experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist activities.
Experience in recruiting blue-collar and white-collar employees.
Strong knowledge of Labour Laws – mandatory.
Exposure to Payroll and Labour Compliance is preferred.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation, influencing and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively without direct authority.
Solid emotional intelligence and business acumen.
Good working knowledge of MS Office.
SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
English communication is mandatory; Kannada language skills are preferred.
