Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide support through chat.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
Follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines.
Maintain required quality and productivity standards.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Eligibility & Requirements
Freshers are eligible to apply.
Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with positive accuracy.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with internet applications.
Ability to work comfortably in a night-shift setting.
