Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures

• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their luggage

• Provide excellent customer service and support to travellers

• Handle baggage claims and lost luggage inquiries

• Coordinate with airline staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the airport terminal

• Assist with emergency procedures when necessary
