We are looking for an experienced D365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant for a permanent onsite position in Pune, India.

The role is with an established Scandinavian / Northern European company and offers the opportunity to become part of an international organisation with a professional working environment, attractive employment conditions and a long-term perspective.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT and development teams to further develop and optimise the company’s D365 Customer Engagement solution.

The work includes business analysis, requirements specification, functional configuration and continuous optimisation of D365 CE. You will translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria and contribute to backlog management, prioritisation and sprint planning.

The role also includes coordination of system integration testing, initial UAT, release planning, documentation and ongoing application support.

We are looking for someone who combines strong D365 CE knowledge with a valuable understanding of business processes and stakeholder management.



You should be comfortable working between business and IT and be able to turn requirements into practical solutions.

Key qualifications
Relevant master’s degree
Minimum 5 years of experience with D365 Customer Engagement / CRM
Solid experience with business analysis and functional configuration
Experience translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
Stakeholder management across business, IT and development teams
Experience with UAT and system integration testing
Agile / Scrum experience
Azure DevOps or similar backlog and development tools
Positive project coordination and documentation skills
Professional English communication skills
