Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment for non-technical and business functions.
Partner with Hiring Managers to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
Develop sourcing strategies for niche and business-critical roles.
Build and maintain solid talent pipelines through proactive sourcing.
Drive the complete hiring lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency.
Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications
5–8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
Experience hiring for multiple business functions in a product or technology organization.
Robust stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
Proven sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and Boolean search.
Experience working with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar.
Solid offer negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
Experience working with global stakeholders is highly preferred.
