Role Overview

GreenSM is seeking a proactive and entrepreneurial Head of Offline Business to drive offline business growth in India. This role combines ecosystem partnership development, direct sales execution, and monetization of value-added services to accelerate market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership & Ecosystem
Develop strategic partner ecosystem to expand enterprise customer base and generate reliable lead flow.
Implement collaboration programs and organize communication campaigns, events, and activations within the partner network.
Strengthen and scale the partner ecosystem to maximize market reach.

Direct Sales
Directly approach, consult, negotiate, and close contracts with enterprise clients (Key Accounts, SMEs).
Manage customer portfolio and ensure short-term business targets.
Identify and convert recent clients; provide tailored green transition solutions (ESG, Mobility, subscription).
Care for existing clients,



driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Value-Added Services
Develop and commercialize platform-based services (advertising, communication, data solutions, brand collaborations).
Identify partners and clients to generate revenue beyond core services.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in mobility, fintech, SaaS, or platform businesses.
Solid experience in ecosystem development and partnership management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with ESG, subscription models, or corporate mobility solutions is a plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to balance short-term revenue and long-term ecosystem growth.
