Scrum Master

Work Location/Shift: 11:30 AM – 08:30 PM IST.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Scrum Master with solid expertise in Agile/Scrum practices, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to drive effective Agile delivery. Experience in US healthcare, EMR/EHR, or clinical workflows is preferred.

Key Requirements
Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development workplace.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, and SDLC.
Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing Agile delivery.
Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.




Experience working with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Product, BA, and DevOps.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, TFS, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
Solid understanding of Agile metrics and reporting.
Ability to identify and manage risks, impediments, and dependencies.
Healthcare experience is preferred, especially exposure to EMR/EHR, clinical workflows, or US healthcare applications.
Must be comfortable working from office every day.
Work Location/Shift: 11:30 AM – 08:30 PM IST.
