SALES & MARKETING TRAINEE

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Trainee to support our sales, marketing, student outreach, lead generation, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent leads through calls, social media, field visits, referrals, and other channels.
Follow up with prospective students/customers and convert enquiries into admissions/sales.
Promote courses, training programs, internships, and other services.
Conduct college visits, student interactions, seminars, orientation programs, and promotional activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, students, parents, and other stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns.
Maintain lead databases and update enquiry/follow-up status.
Achieve assigned sales, lead-generation, and conversion targets.
Prepare daily and weekly sales/marketing reports.
Coordinate with the counselling, admissions, and academic teams.

Required Skills & Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good presentation, convincing, and negotiation skills.




Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel and social media.
Willingness to travel for college visits, client meetings, field marketing, events, and business development activities.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.

Eligibility
B.Com / BBA / BA / BCA / MBA or any relevant qualification.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with sales, marketing, business development, or internship experience will have an advantage.

Pay: ₹9,023.12 - ₹29,335.92 per month
