Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong Node.js experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications and APIs.

You will work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other engineering teams to design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and applications.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and productive code.
Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar.
Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and production problems.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure application quality.
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs with web/mobile applications.
Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.




Work with Git and standard CI/CD and deployment processes.
Contribute to system design and technical discussions.

Required Skills
2–6 years of qualified experience in backend development.
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js.
Good knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and API design.
Experience with Express.js, NestJS, or similar Node.js frameworks.
Good understanding of relational or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Knowledge of SQL and database design.
Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as JWT/OAuth.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and backend architecture.

Valuable to Have
Experience with TypeScript.
Knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other caching/message queue technologies.
Experience with microservices architecture.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
