Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience working with VMS clients and Apex systems. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills in the US staffing domain and be comfortable working in a rapid-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle.
Work on requirements from VMS portals and Apex systems.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and visa status.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
Ensure quick turnaround time and quality submissions.

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
Robust experience working with VMS clients
Proven experience with Apex systems
Excellent communication skills
3–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
Positive understanding of US work authorization types (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, etc.)
