Job Description

Vichithram is looking for a Lead Designer to help shape the creative bar, design systems, and craft behind the work we make.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll lead projects, but you'll also design, critique, mentor, present, and work closely with strategists, copywriters, and developers.

What you'll do
Lead creative direction across branding, communication, and digital projects
Take projects from concept to final production
Set and maintain a high standard of design craft
Conduct meaningful design reviews and mentor other designers
Present and defend creative decisions with clients
Collaborate across strategy, copy, design,



and development
Build systems and processes that make the team and its work better

What we're looking for
4+ years of professional design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and solid visual craft
Experience across at least two of: Brand Identity, Communication Design, Digital Design
Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Comfortable using AI tools as part of the creative process
Experience working directly with clients
Ability to give explicit, constructive design feedback
Experience mentoring or reviewing other designers
Motion, print production, or developer handoff experience is a plus
