Job Summary

Diffrenz Business Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a Senior Creative Designer to develop high-quality visual communication for B2B brands, technology companies, digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts based on B2B marketing objectives and campaign strategies.
Design LinkedIn creatives, carousels, digital advertisements, banners, infographics, and social media assets.
Create company profiles, brochures, presentations, sales decks, case studies, and marketing materials.
Develop creative assets for Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital campaigns.
Design visual assets for websites and landing pages in collaboration with the web team.
Translate complex business and technical information into clear and engaging visual communication.
Maintain brand identity and visual consistency across projects.
Develop reusable design templates and visual systems.
Collaborate with Content, Growth, and Performance Marketing teams.




Ensure designs are optimized for different digital platforms and campaign requirements.
Manage multiple projects and deliver creative work within deadlines.

Requirements
3–6 years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, Creative Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing, branding, social media, and marketing design.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or equivalent tools.
Robust understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, branding, and composition.
Experience designing presentations, brochures, social media creatives, advertisements, and infographics.
Ability to understand marketing objectives and translate them into creative concepts.
Valuable communication and collaboration skills.
Robust attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability.
Experience in B2B, IT, SaaS, technology, or corporate design is an advantage.
