Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for holiday packages.
Understand customers’ travel requirements, preferences, budget, and travel dates.
Explain holiday packages, destinations, inclusions, pricing, and special offers.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to convert inquiries into bookings.
Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Handle customer queries professionally and build solid customer relationships.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
