Role Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can translate ideas and brand requirements into visually engaging designs. The role involves working closely with branding, marketing, and UI/UX teams to create high-quality digital and print creatives.

Qualifications

- Create visually appealing designs for:

-Brand identity (logos, brand assets) -Social media creatives & ad banners

-Marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, posters, presentations)

-Website graphics & landing page visuals

- Understand brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all designs
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, marketers, and developers
- Convert concepts, wireframes, or briefs into final designs
- Revise designs based on feedback and iterations
- Prepare final files for print and digital platforms




- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices
- Strong understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color theory)
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field
- Design tools expertise: Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Canva.
- Solid visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, composition, and color theory
- Demonstrated ability to deliver effective, creative, and innovative visual solutions within tight deadlines
- Good communication skills, with an ability to present and explain design concepts and ideas to non-designers
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently in a professional and creative team environment
- A sense of design aesthetics including colors, shapes, balance, typography, etc.
- Ideation and Brainstorming
- Digital and print collateral
- Infographics, social media design, newsletters
- Ability to create Social media content like graphics, videos, and other forms of content
- Understanding of social media principles and practices
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
