NJob Responsibilities

nGraphic Designing:

- Design social media creatives, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, thumbnails, and marketing materials.
N
- Create branding assets including logos, business cards, presentations, and organizational identity materials.
N
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print designs.
N
- Work closely with the marketing and communications team to develop campaign creatives.
N

nVideo Editing:

N

n
- Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
N
- Create promotional videos, advertisements, reels, testimonials, corporate videos, and event highlights.
N
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and background music.
N
- Perform color correction, color grading, and audio enhancement.
N
- Optimize videos for different social media platforms.
N

nCollaboration:

N

n
- Coordinate with content writers, digital marketers, photographers,



and stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative assets.
N
- Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
N
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and social media content styles.
N

nRequired Skills:

- Minimum 1 year ofexperience in Graphic Designing and Video Editing.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:

- Photoshop

- Illustrator
N
- Premiere Pro
n
- After Effects
N
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
N
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is an added advantage.

- Experience in designingdigital campaigns and editing reels/YouTube videos.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.

- Bachelor's degreeor diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field.
