nWhat you'll do

- Design content visuals for study material maps, flowcharts, diagrams, illustrations, and infographics that make dense academic content graspable at a glance
N
- Use AI tools (Midjourney, Ideogram, Figma AI, etc.) as your default workflow, not a side experiment — we expect 5–10x output vs. traditional design cycles

- Extend visual assets into marketing and brand work: social creatives, decks, ad creatives as needed
N
- Hold visual consistencyacross hundreds of content pieces without quality slipping
N
- Turn rough briefs into finished work fast, with zero tolerance for sloppy details
N

- Academic excellence: a strong track record in your education;

- A portfolio that shows range, speed, and taste, not just technical competence

- Obsessive attention to detail on maps and diagrams;
a small error is a factual error

- Real visual judgment knowing what reads premium vs. what reads generic

- Fluency with AI-assisted design tools plus strong fundamentals (typography, colour, layout), so you can tell when AI output is wrong, not just when it's quick.

- Bonus: UPSC background (prepared for it, or designed for exam prep). You'll know when the content is wrong, not just when the design is.
