Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer and Video Editor with at least 4 years of professional experience. The role involves designing digital and print graphics, creating brand-aligned visual assets, and producing video content for marketing, social media, presentations, and internal communications. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing and executing design layouts, developing logos and branding materials, selecting typography and color palettes, and editing video footage with motion graphics and sound integration.

The person in this role will collaborate with marketing and HR teams to translate project requirements into clear visual narratives, maintain design consistency across channels, and deliver assets within deadlines.





Responsibilities also include managing multiple projects simultaneously, preparing files for various platforms, and staying current with design and video trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong visual design skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging layouts and visual concepts.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing brand identities, guidelines, and cohesive visual systems.
- Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to choose and combine typefaces that support readability and brand voice.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent software).
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, preferably supporting marketing or communications teams.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video editing work across digital and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design processes.
- Relevant education such as a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with current design, branding, and video trends, and an interest in continuous skill development.
