NACE Group is looking for a highly creative and experienced Graphic Lead who can drive innovative visual storytelling across digital, branding, and video platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in creative designing, AI-powered content creation, motion graphics, and premium campaign execution for real estate or lifestyle brands.

NCandidates with hands-on practical experience in AI creative tools and video generation platforms will be highly preferred.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall creative direction for branding, digital campaigns, and marketing communication

- Create high-impact visual concepts, campaign creatives, motion graphics, and premium marketing videos

- Design and oversee brochures, presentations, hoardings, digital ads, social media creatives, and brand assets

- Develop creative video concepts for launches, branding campaigns, walkthroughs, and social media promotions
N
- Collaborate closely with marketing, digital, sales, and leadership teams for campaign execution
N
- Maintain brand consistency across all online and offline communication channels

- Mentor and guide the creative design team for quality and innovation

- Stay updated with latest design trends, AI creative technologies, and visual storytelling techniques
