We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can drive ABM and inbound programs with strong execution ownership and measurable business impact.

Role Overview

As Marketing Manager – ABM & Inbound, you will drive multi-channel demand generation initiatives that combine Account-Based Marketing, inbound marketing, content strategy, performance marketing, and marketing automation.

This role requires:
Solid understanding of B2B buyer journeys
Hands-on experience executing ABM programs
Solid grasp of inbound marketing fundamentals




Coordination with Sales and RevOps
Ownership of KPIs and measurable outcomes
Ability to work across teams and support client stakeholders
You will operate at both strategic and execution levels within a quick-paced B2B agency setting.

Key Responsibilities

ABM Strategy & Target Account Growth
Support and execute Account-Based Marketing programs including ICP definition, segmentation, account tiering, and personalization frameworks.
Design multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns targeting high-value accounts.
Collaborate closely with Sales to align ABM plays with revenue targets and deal cycles.
Use intent signals, engagement data, and account insights to refine targeting and messaging.
Drive account penetration, engagement scoring, and chance acceleration.
Inbound Marketing & Organic Demand Generation
Build inbound programs that attract high-intent B2B buyers across the funnel.
