Shadow Capture Studio, a professional photo studio and wedding photography & cinematography company, is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.

Position

Sales Coordinator – Business Development

Location: Sector 28, Gurgaon
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Incentives
Employment Type: Full time | Permanent
Experience: 1 year preferred
Freshers with solid communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent leads through calls, emails, networking, and social media
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable photography packages
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings
Schedule client meetings and presentations
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions




Coordinate with the photography and production team for smooth project execution

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of sales and negotiation
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and client handling
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
