Supervisor – Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations and ensure work is completed efficiently.
Monitor employee performance and provide guidance and support.
Assign duties, prepare work schedules, and manage team attendance.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
Maintain productivity and quality standards.
Resolve employee concerns and operational issues promptly.
Coordinate with management to achieve operational goals.
Monitor inventory, materials, or equipment as required.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work reports.
Train and mentor current employees.
Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and workplace discipline.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
Handle customer or client queries professionally when required.
Assist in achieving departmental targets and continuous process improvement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
