Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to manage the overall operations and business performance of our Varanasi branch.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day branch operations and staff.
Drive sales, business development and revenue growth.
Monitor pickup, delivery, TAT and service quality.
Handle customer complaints and escalations.
Manage collections and outstanding payments.
Coordinate with franchisees, agents and delivery teams.
Monitor branch performance and prepare MIS reports.




Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
Achieve branch revenue and business targets.

Candidate Profile
Graduate with 3–7 years of relevant experience.
Experience in courier is mandatory.
Solid experience in
branch operations, sales/business development and team management
.
Customer service and escalation-handling experience preferred.
Valuable communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of the Varanasi market will be an advantage.
